Go all out this time and use every tool available!
Believe I am a success! When tempted or thinking I can't
continue my mantra is "Who is doing this?" and then
answer with, "I'm doing this!" It is reminder that I am
in control of all my decisions.
If tempted by something then go back to the chain.
